Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Jeanni Kabhon is committed to providing a premium shopping experience while fully respecting your statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law.

This policy applies to purchases made through our digital flagship store: JeanniKabhon.store.

  1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom have the legal right to cancel an online order without giving any reason.

Your right to cancel begins when you place your order and ends 14 calendar days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

Please include your order number, full name, the item or items you wish to return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, where available.

After informing us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days.

  1. Summary of Your Statutory UK Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Consumer Rights Act 2015 — First 30 Days

If your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have the right to reject them and request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Consumer Rights Act 2015 — After 30 Days and Up to 6 Months

If a fault develops after the first 30 days and within the first 6 months, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, you may then be entitled to a full or partial refund.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes your legal rights.

  1. Return Conditions

You may inspect and try on garments as you would in a physical boutique.

However, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and fit.

To help us process your return smoothly, returned items should be sent back in the following condition wherever possible:

The item should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, marks, damage, odours, fragrances, smoke, detergent, or other signs of use beyond normal inspection.

All original tags, designer labels, brand seals, and security tags should remain attached where possible.

The item should be returned with its original presentation packaging, including garment covers, branded hangers, presentation boxes, tissue lining, and protective packaging where supplied.

Please note that failure to return packaging or tags may result in a deduction from your refund only where this has reduced the value of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

  1. How to Return an Item

Please include:

Your order number

Your full name

The item or items you wish to return

The reason for return, if you wish to provide one

Whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, where available

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions by email.

Where eligible, we may issue a prepaid Royal Mail or courier returns label. If a prepaid label is provided, please attach it securely to the outside of your parcel.

Please package the garments carefully using the original packaging where possible to help prevent damage during transit.

You should obtain and keep proof of postage until your return has been received and processed. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit without proof of postage.

  1. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide valid evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Where applicable, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Please note that banks, card providers, or payment processors may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to clear the funds into your account after the refund has been processed.

  1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Every Jeanni Kabhon order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Where a fault, damage, or incorrect delivery is verified, Jeanni Kabhon will cover the reasonable costs associated with resolving the issue.

If the goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 will apply. This may include the right to a refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances and timing of the claim.

  1. Policy Exclusions

The right to cancel may not apply to certain products, including:

Items that have been made to your specific measurements, personalised, customised, altered, or tailor-made to your individual requirements.

Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
