1. DELIVERY OPTIONS & TIMELINES To accommodate the discerning needs of our clientele, we offer the following delivery services within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery (Complimentary): Please allow 5 to 12 working days for your curated garments to arrive. This service is provided as a courtesy to our patrons at no additional charge.

  • Express Premium Delivery (Paid): For expedited service, our premium tier ensures priority transit and delivery within 5 to 8 working days. The exact rate for this service will be calculated and presented at checkout based on your specific location.

Please note: A brief processing period is required before despatch to allow for our rigorous quality control and bespoke packaging procedures. This ensures the colour and condition of every piece meets our exacting standard.

2. STATUTORY DELIVERY DEADLINE While we consistently strive to meet the expedited timeframes outlined above, in strict adherence to UK consumer protection regulations, we guarantee that the delivery of your garments will take place without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the contract is entered into, unless an alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon.

3. RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT Your peace of mind is paramount. In accordance with UK law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains entirely with Jeanni Kabhon until you (or a designated third party identified by you) take physical possession of the garments. Only upon successful, documented delivery does the responsibility for the items transfer to you. Do yourself a favour and inspect the parcel upon arrival.

4. TRACKING & DESPATCH NOTIFICATIONS Upon the despatch of your order from our facilities, you will receive a formal notification via email containing your exclusive tracking number and a link to monitor the journey of your package in real-time.

5. UNABLE TO DELIVER / MISSED DELIVERIES If our courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, they will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Parcels returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts may incur a re-delivery charge.
